An essential item for any weaning journey is a good bib. Something that’s going to remove the mess from meal times whilst being easy to use. We received the Make My Day Tuxedo bib and it ticks all the boxes for me.
The bib looks fancy before it’s even out of the box, it’s a bit like one of those ‘if apple made…’ moments. Designed and packaged to look good from the moment you set your eyes upon the box, and it works well.
The Make my Day Bib is stain free and dishwasher safe. Their’s nothing worse than fabric bibs for meal times. Milk bibs and dribbles bibs are fantastic, but they have their own place and weaning isn’t it.
The Make My Day bibs are made of 100% food-grade BPA free silicone, they feel soft and clean easily.
With an adjustable strap that fits sizes 6 months to 3 years old so it’s going to last. A bib that goes on easily with an adjustable strap is ideal. Taylor also hasn’t been able to removed this bib like he can with others.
These bibs also have a crumb catcher, a favourite feature of mine. I prefer a Pelican bib over an apron style bib any day. This bib catches around 45% of Taylor’s dinner. He also likes to snack from the crumb catcher. Usually midway through desert he’ll have a rummage and start chomping on a piece of fish finger. Yummy.
Although not essential, I like that these bibs are stylish. They stand out from the crowd and look great. We opted for the Tuxedo design but theirs a whole range of fun designs to choose from. Taylor looks dapper at every meal in his Tuxedo, I love it!
