Before Taylor came into our lives I was oblivious as to who Justin Fletcher is. He could have been anyone. But he isn’t, he’s the star of multiple CBeebies programmes. He probably has more air time in a single day than the presenters themselves.
To accompany his multitude of programmes their are of course toys. We recently received the Justin’s House Playset from Golden Bear Toys of the hit CBeebies show ‘Justin’s House’ The house is a very cute miniature replica of the TV show set. From the sofa to the kitchen counter theirs no mistaking this is Justin’s House, complete with interchangeable character cards that can be place behind the door.
The kitchen worktop features buttons that play sounds, a door bell, Justin speaking and the theme tune to the TV program. This is Taylor’s favourite part of set, he’ll carry it around repeatedly playing the tune. We thought it had met its demise when he threw it into a sink full of water, but two days later it started singing again. Of course you shouldn’t put it near water, but try telling that to a two year old!
Justin’s house comes with plays figures of both Justin and Robert. These have been a hit with Taylor as he currently loves play figures he calls them ‘People’ and cannot go anywhere without a handful of them. Justin and Robert were accepted into the collection with ease and have since earned a place in the bucket of ‘people’ – which would appear to be a great honour.
All of the play people have been able to fit and play in this neat little house. As any fan would know, Everybody’s welcome at Justin’s house, so Taylor was delighted to have his very own that all of his toys could play in. Recommended for Ages 3+ Taylor hasn’t had any trouble using the house at 2 and the parts aren’t too small for him to handle.
Overall the quality of Justin’s House is good, it’s sturdier than I expected and it’s fun features such as little monster always have Taylor giggling. It’s a fun toy that allows him use his imagination and create his own episodes of Justin’s House.
Retailing at RRP £29.99 from Golden Bear Toys I think it’s great value for money that will provide hours of fun and certainly a perfect choice for any fans of Justin this Christmas!
