Today you are four months old 01/05/2015, where has the time gone? It feels like only yesterday we said our first hello and already you have grown from a tiny fragile newborn into this bright bubbly little boy.
That’s not to say you don’t have your grumpy moments, boy can you scream, you also appear to have discovered a new emotion, anger. If Craven-Mum doesn’t feed you instantly you sure let me know about it.
This month you –
☆ Weigh 11lb 4oz and
☆ Are still wearing your 0-3 month clothing
☆ Started rolling over on Easter Sunday!
☆ Love kicking your legs, you must burn more calories than you consume
☆ Have been making us laugh with your shouting and endless smiles
☆ Enjoy being sat up, although can’t support yourself just yet
☆ Love making bubbles and gurgling your spit. It’s very cute but also very messy!
Today is also National Batman day so naturally you wore your Batman robe for this months picture! You also enjoy chewing the milestone cards!
You would rather suck your thumb than take a dummy, everything goes in your mouth!
You’ve developed a funny little shiver you do when being changed, and it makes me laugh every time! You’re personality is becoming stronger with each passing day.
You always smile when Daddy comes home from work and enjoy sitting with him the evenings, he’ll have you writing code in no time.
Until now the longest I’d been apart from you was 10 minutes while I showered, and you were in the next room with Daddy. This week I continued my driving lessons which meant leaving you for two whole hours with Grandma. Of course you were fine, I came back to find you snoozing after having lots of fun with Grandma but I still worried.
Tomorrow you start swimming lessons with Daddy, I’ve never been a strong swimmer so I think it’s important that you start at a young age. I really hope you enjoy spending the extra time with Daddy and have fun together.
We’re looking forward what the month of May holds for us all and what cheeky things you’ll surprise us with next.
