Storage solutions with 3 Sprouts and Potwells

By Lisa Collette

Toys. From big chunks of plastic, small squishy stuffed animals, to toe curling blocks. If you have kids you cannot escape them. They’re in every room of the house!

Our toddler has his own bedroom, but that isn’t where he plays, he plays in the sitting room, with us. Or even in our bedroom of a Sunday morning when you just want 5 more minutes* in bed.

Since having Taylor I find we have toys all over the place, it doesn’t feel like he owns that many. These little people accumulate some stuff, and the biggest issue is where to store it all?

We’ve been testing storage solutions for at home and on the go from 3 Sprouts at Potwells. And they’ve been great.

3sprouts_fox_storage_bag_043sprouts_fox_storage_bag_02Our first and favourite item is the Fox Storage Bin. Retailing at £39.95, we’ve been using it for toy storage. Lined with 100% polyethylene it’s waterproof on the inside, this means you can use it for laundry or toys. Made from 100% cotton canvas with handles on the sides it’s also easy to move. We’ve been moving it between our bedroom, Taylor’s bedroom and the sitting room with ease. The biggest benefit is it’s size, it’s so big you can put your toddler in it, with their toys. It’s the perfect size for Taylor to reach into by himself and has helped us to encourage him to tidy up after himself.** Also, if you know us then you know we love a good fox print so it’s no surprise why we chose this particular item. It’s fantastic.

*hours. If only!
**This is a work in progress, It is far more fun to pull toys out of the bag than it is to put them back in.

For nappies, wipes and other day-time essentials we’ve been using the 3 sprouts mouse caddy retailing at £19.95. This has come in handy as we’re currently staying with relatives who watch Taylor during the day. It’s easy to be able to put his day-time essentials in here to take downstairs with him in the morning. It holds his nappies, liners, wipes, eczema cream, thermometer and any medicines he may need throughout the day. This saves his grandma having to go up and down the stairs all day whilst watching him. Also made from 100% cotton canvas with 100% polyethylene inside, making it easy to clean.

3sprouts_mouse_caddy_023sprouts_mouse_caddy_01For storage outside of the home I couldn’t be happier with the 3 sprouts stroller organiser also retailing at £19.95. One issue I always have out and about is my lack of cup holder or place to pop my phone and keys on the pram.
This is amazing. It holds my drink, T’s drink, my phone, my keys, hand sanitiser. Any little essential that I want to hand without digging into the bag is popped in here. It’s easy to access and simply attaches to your pram with hook & loop.

3sprouts_stroller_organiser3 Sprouts have a whole host of storage products from boxes, baskets and caddys that can oragnise your home and your life. I love the selection of products we’ve been using and will likely be adding to it.

Each product has a 100% polyester felt applique featuring a cute animal. Just like our Fox, Mouse and Raccoon. You can also get Dinosaurs, Elephants, Hippos and more.

It wasn’t until recently I found out they also have a bath organiser featuring the fox design… I might have to buy one! I considered naming my child Fox, so he probably he needs one?

We love using each item for different reasons but have found they all have a perfect place in our daily routine. Whether it be tidying up toys or simply storing nappies.
