Today you are seven months old 01/08/2015 – You’re a lot more mobile than you were last month, you can now commando crawl the length of the room in seconds dragging your legs and pushing yourself forward with such determination, it’s great to watch and you won’t let anything stop you getting to where you want to be.

This month you –

☆ Weigh 14lb 12oz
☆ Still have TWO teeth and I finally have pictures showing them, adorable
☆ Still wearing your 3-6 month clothes
☆ Tried roast chicken, strawberry, banana, one big chip.
☆ Are wearing cloth nappies more and have moved into size 3 disposables
☆ Learnt how to make the B sound, Baa A ababababa you don’t stop
☆ Make fish faces alongside the B sounds, definitely my favourite so far
☆ Love chasing the cats
☆ Have a high chair and love shouting whilst hitting the tray!

Over the last week since you’ve learnt make the B sound we have had a lot of fun watching you pull faces as you shout Ba and Abababa whilst pulling a funny fish face, the expression on your face is hard to describe but I’m keeping the camera close to try and capture it next time.

You’ve finished swimming lessons until September so we’ve been going to the local pool on Sunday mornings, Daddy swims in the big pool before joining us to play. It’s not as warm or deep as the pool where you have your lessons but it’s keeping you in the routine of swimming each weekend, and you still love to splash.

You’ve also taken more of an interest in watching things, you sat and watched the animated movie Home from start to finish with Daddy and I, you may have fallen asleep (so did Daddy!) but I was still surprised.

We’ve been on two trips this month, a day trip York with Grandma & Granddad and a night in Barford visiting Aunt Katie, Uncle Stephen and your cousins. You had a great time with Zak & Riley who wouldn’t leave you alone, it was adorable. I think you’ll grow up loving your big cousins!
