As much as I wanted to get out and make the most of being off together as a family our Christmas break was mostly spent indoors, due to the awful weather, although we did manage to to fit in a few fun days with family. We spent boxing day with Phill’s family and had a very much needed break for one day, that was until Phillip ended up in A&E for 6 hours but that’s another story!
Taylor wore one of my favourite outfits for the day picked from the George range at Asda, a Mickey Mouse adorned romper with a festive print and the most gorgeous soft lined hood. Having bought items from George before I knew I could expect great quality products however I didn’t expect to love one item so much. I’ve even tried purchasing it in the next size up only to find their were none available! At a RRP of a mere £7 and then being reduced to £4 I can see why this disappeared so quickly.
This is certainly going to be another of those items i’ll be putting on him until I can no longer fasten it. It’s also easy to put on and remove due to it being a single zipper and perfect for quick nappy changes with poppers on the inside leg.
The lovely lining in the hood and back is so soft I wouldn’t mind one of these for myself. It also features a soft fleecy texture on the inside of the body, a bit like when you got a new school sweatshirt and it was nice and fuzzy inside, this made crawling around on the grandparents hard wood flooring softer for Taylor and he looked adorable playing all day in this gorgeous outfit.
