Why I Love Bibee Maternity & Nursing Dresses

One thing I have been reluctant to do throughout my pregnancy is clothes shopping, which is unusual. Given the opportunity to go shopping I would usually have no trouble parting with my money but when pregnant I’ve found it can be very difficult.

I’ve been avoiding spending a lot on items that would be of no use to me once our baby is here and have struggled to find items that have suited my style without looking too mumsy or frumpy.

When asked if I would like to try Bibee Dresses I was intrigued by what their products had to offer, most importantly because they aren’t just a range of maternity wear, Bibee Dresses have been designed with two purposes in mind as they are also intended for nursing. Therefore it’s not something that would be obsolete and slung in the back of the wardrobe after having given birth, they are actually very practical  multipurpose dresses!

The dresses are designed to fit your ever changing body throughout pregnancy and I’ve found them to be the most comfortable items I’ve had so far, the best part is I don’t have to worry about them being of no use in 6 weeks time. This is perfect for myself as I do plan to breastfeed but hadn’t actually thought about the practicality of my clothing until now. This is where the Bibee itself comes in, a interchangeable dress front that buttons onto the dress giving you both the option of creating many different styles with the dress but also for easy access when breastfeeding.  Of course I haven’t tested the breastfeeding element of the dresses yet but I can’t wait to see how practical they really are.

I took the Geometric print Bibee Dress on my travels over the weekend and found it to be very comfortable when spending 6 hours hopping from train to train with my 8-month bump!  The quality of the product is fantastic and very versatile whilst not costing the earth, the fabric, in particular, feels like good quality thick material that is made to last. Considering these items will take me from my pregnancy through to breastfeeding and beyond I wish I’d known about them sooner. I also loved choosing which combination to wear for the day!

Thank you! I think I look a lot more pregnant in them as they accentuate the bump compared to t-shirts, but they feel brilliant to wear. Xx
